Once your item has sold, you will receive an email notification confirming the sale. Payment is processed after the buyer's 14-day return period has expired. Once this period has passed and the sale is confirmed, we transfer your earnings directly to your bank account. You will also receive an email notification once the payment transfer has been completed. If the buyer decides to return the item within the return period, we will notify you and return the item to our inventory.
💡 Why do my items appear as “sold” in my account, but I haven’t received payment?
When an item is marked as "sold" in your account, it means that a buyer has made the purchase. However, payment will not be processed until the 14-day return period has expired. You will receive an email confirming the payment transfer once it has been completed. If the item is returned by the buyer, you will also be notified and the item will be returned to our inventory.

We focus on high-quality, timeless items including clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, and select luxury items. We also accept fast fashion items, but they must be in perfect condition.
